Explore how inventing with everyday materials can activate imaginations, skill-building and innovation ~ from the classroom to the kitchen table. Whether you’re a student or educator, you can use the resources below to join us and invent custom Fidget Spinners.

Fidget Spinners use just basic items. Collect the materials below to invent with us.
Bamboo skewers or other thin wooden sticks
Paper or plastic straws that fit onto your skewers or sticks
Beads that fit onto your skewers
Cardstock or thick paper
Hot glue
Hole punch or a thumb tack and pencil
Scissor and/or something to cut wood and small parts
Small spare parts of your choice – cut popsicle sticks, scrap cardboard, bottle caps, beads, pompoms, small recycled plastic or wooden items, really anything small and rigid
